Q: What should you do if there is a failure payment notice after you finish the payment?
A: If you confirm that you have finished the payment successfully, but Superbuy shows not, you can contact the online customer service to provide the relevant transaction details. They will make further verification for you.

Q: Common reasons for unsuccessful payment?
A: 1. if the relevant information you filled in is incorrect when you pay, it may result in an unsuccessful bank deduction.
2, it may be the browser problem that causes an unsuccessful payment; you can try to clear the browser's cookies, and then re-pay; if it still doesn’t work, then try to change another browser to log in and pay again. 

Q: How to use other countries' currency to shop on Superbuy?
A: We all know that currently Superbuy accepts US dollars and converts them into RMB for customer shopping. However, many users' bank cards are in Euros or other currencies. PayPal will automatically convert your currency into US dollars and then pay us if you choose this payment way. And the settlement rate of other currencies converted to US dollars is determined by PayPal.   

Q: How do I buy things by overseas credit cards?
A: Whatever currency you use, you can pay directly by PayPal, credit card, etc. PayPal recharge supports 4 International Credit Cards (VISA, Master, American Express, JCB Card) and some national bank cards which need to be opened the online payment function. PayPal is settled in US dollars while Superbuy is in RMB. If it is non-US dollars currency, it needs to be converted into US dollars first, then from US dollars to RMB which is finally transferred into your Superbuy account. 

Q: How to minimize the exchange loss?  
A: PayPal's exchange loss is relatively high (actually, PayPal's charge is relatively high). Here it will be much more affordable if you choose to have your own issuing bank directly completed the exchange and pay. It's just because PayPal hides this option deeply that many users don't know it. So how to set it up?

After logging in your PayPal account, you can see the picture below; Select the bank card you need to use and click the "Conversion Options".




Step 2: After entering, the second option listed below allows you make exchange by your issuing bank. Then click "Submit" and finally click "Save". 




Actually these two options only affect the exchange fee that customers need to pay. There is no difference to Superbuy who receives the same amount of US dollars during the exchange. Indeed this method is totally based on the user's interests.

Tips: if the steps above cannot be displayed, the possible reasons may be: 
1. The bank card does not support the independent selection of the exchange rate;
2. The bank card does not have Visa and Master.
